I have consternations.
Got to 0 Day on UAT and the confidence levels just weren’t there. Last week was very productive, but UAT Round 2 is gonna have to happen. =(

For darker roasts, I like the “standard” 4 minutes, but that extra minute destroys the flavor of the results in light roasts. #coffee
I discovered that the reason I haven’t liked light brews of coffee in the press is because I’ve let them steep too long. 3 minutes = Win.
